Delivery, exchange and purchase policy
the guitars are sent by post in protected packaging. The shipping costs are automatically displayed in the basket. The guitars are all tuned by professionals before the sale and a control is carried out before mailing. As the guitars are second hand you can ask us questions by email to guitarscafe@bluewin.ch or request additional photos.
It is also possible to make a sale or exchange proposal for another guitar by email to: guitarscafe@bluewin.ch
Exchanges and refunds and redemptions
Guitars can be returned provided they have not undergone any changes in condition or electronics within 15 days. Reimbursement can take place after deduction of the initial shipping costs + credit card, handling and packaging costs = 14%.
It is also possible to make us a proposal for sale or exchange by another guitar by email to: guitarscafe@bluewin.ch
