Delivery, exchange and purchase policy
the guitars are sent by post in protected packaging. Shipping costs are automatically displayed in the basket. The guitars are all adjusted by professionals before being put on sale and an inspection is carried out before sending them by post. As the guitars are second hands you can ask us questions by email at info@fendergibson.com or request additional photos.
It is also possible to make us a sale or exchange offer for another guitar by email to: info@fendergibson.com
Exchanges and refunds and redemptions
Guitars can be returned provided they have not undergone any changes to their condition or electronics within 15 days. The refund can take place after deduction of the initial shipping costs + credit card, file and packaging costs = 14%.
