Gibson SG Gold 24 Karat 3 microns, only one in the world, year 1977 vintage, gold plating 24k has been applied to all the metal parts of the guitar pickguard, machine heads, bridge, screws, selector,   springs washers.
A company specializing in gold plating has done this wonderful job exceptionally. In real life this guitar is brilliant as a jewel. It could be exhibited in the V.I.P living rooms or even in a Hard Rock Café.

Narrow neck, (40mm at the 1st fret) for small hands. It was repainted in ivory color in 1980, the 43-year-old vintage paint has taken on the patina and micro cracked at the base of the neck and is worn in places by playing (1st fret) or slightly curled (6th to 12th fret) it's nice for a vintage guitar, it does not affect the exceptional sound of this guitar.
The Gibson neck pickup produces a clear slamming sound and the Gibson bridge has a warm, aggressive sound, so totally vintage gibson.

Elle a été repeinte couleur ivoire teinte nacrée brillante en 1980, la peinture vintage 43 ans a pris la patine et micro fissurée à la base du manche et est usée par endroits par le jeu (1ère frette) ou légèrement frisée (6ème à 12ème frette) tout a fait normal pour une vintage, cela n'affecte en rien le son exceptionnel de cette guitare.
Le micro manche Gibson produit un son clair et claquant et le chevalet Gibson un son chaud et agressif, donc tout à fait gibson vintage.
